Our flights were pretty good. We were delayed in arriving but did get to our hotel around 2:00 Guatemala City time. I just talked to our lawyer and she was calling Astrid. Emma will be here in 1-2 hours. Astrid lives a good distance from the city! I am so excited!
Please keep Emma's first family in your thoughts and prayers. This day has to be horribly difficult for them. The love Emma more than words and telling her bye will be awful for them and for Emma. If you watch Emma with them, you can see how much she loves her first family too.
I will update you with pictures as soon as she arrives! Not much longer now!

Astrid and Co. are in our prayers. What a miracle it is for Emma to have found a family that loves her enough to acknowledge and love her first family. Congratulations on your GOTCHA DAY! (Is today your Gotcha Day or is that Christmas Eve when Rob and Jay get there?) Hmmm... good question.
